The Odyssey Program of Character Education works in conjunction with Desert Sands Unified School District’s Student Assistance Program in the Coachella Valley.  Odyssey helps high school students successfully discover and navigate the passages from youth to adulthood through Social and Emotional Learning. Through Odyssey, students:

• Increase self-knowledge

• Develop respect and compassion for others

• Express core values and goals

How Odyssey Helps

• Develops positive verbal and written expression

• Promotes respect and compassion for others

• Supports the voicing of personal ethics of                                                                   responsibility to oneself, others and community
